I am deeply grateful to fantastic allies Professors Joan Pujol Tarrés, PhD, and Marisela Montenegro, PhD, of the Department of Social Psychology (Departament de Psicologia Social) at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), and Miguel Misse & Pol Galofre of Barcelona’s Cultura Trans, for sponsoring two fantastic events to bring  me to Barcelona! I lectured at the UAB on March 26th, and presented to a large audience at Cultura Trans’s event at the Bonnemarie on March 27th.

I heard back that it was “revolutionary” — in terms of promoting attitudes of intersex pride and acceptance — from members of the audience. 🙂 Many thanks also to the wonderfully talented ally and writer Bel Olid, and Cultura Trans’s Galofre, for translating for this groundbreaking event, and to Pol and Brigitte Vasallo, Bel and Sara Dahan, and Sara Lugo Marquez for being such warm, fabulous, beautiful embassadors to Barcelona– what an amazing time! 🙂
